Global SEEDS seeks to empower women, men, and children through creative educational endeavors across the globe.
In Knoxville, Global SEEDS' Urban Oasis offers adult literacy and job training for Iraqi refugees, teaching English as a second language, as well as Civics, Values Education, Computer Education, and conversational English. Urban Oasis also offers a job placement service to help with interviewing skills, as well as basic application and resume completion skills.
Urban Oasis also runs an Early Childhood Learning Center, providing preschool education and care to the children of the Iraqi refugees. This offers emotional and educational support to the children, as well as opportunites for their mothers to be empowered as never before.
In Columbus Ohio, the McKendree English Center focuses upon the felt needs of East Africans who desire a professional level of English. The Center also provides education in the areas of Civics, Computer Education, and Values Education through creative storying.
In Central Asia, Global SEEDS helps to oversee a Non-Government Organization that is dedicated to helping rural communities secure pure water, better education, and peace and reconcilliation for their children.

The Global SEEDS Administrative Team (GSAT) exists to oversee GS partners. GSAT uses on-site mentoring and modeling to facilitate intentional community among their members, interns, and volunteers in Knoxville. They empower the community to be equipped to live cross-culturally among communities where networking is a strong value.
